Good for you putting up your own blog. I hope to do so soon, with Tiffany’s help. I’m very slowly getting into this marketing. I like your recipe for corn bread and will try it soon, but with a bit of sugar.
I think your site looks great!
I love to use cast iron. We especially like using our cast iron grille skillet to make lamb chops and steaks in.
I’ll keep an eye on your new posts.
Thanks,
Carol
Thanks Carol. I, too am a lover of cast iron cooking.
Yes, keep in touch. I’ll be adding lots of stuff, including videos.

Hi Bev,
I love your site. I am a follower of Tiffany’s, and she’s great. Anyway, I would like to see more of your yummy recipes. Our family regularly enjoys cornbread, and we are going to try your recipe tonight. I was wondering if you plan on posting more recipes to use with cast iron pans. Or maybe if you put together a recipe ebook? (I would buy it!)
Well, thanks and good luck with your new site. I love it!
Angela
I am a gold prospector and take a small Lodge fry pan and Dutch oven with the legs out into the mountains for months at a time. They are easy to clean and produce great cooking results no matter with the heat source is, Colman stove or open fire.
The Dutch oven is very handy to cook anything in by burying it the coals of a fire, and then dig it out whenever you are ready to eat. Always warm and ready when I get back to camp.
Great products that will last.
Hi, Steve: Wow — a gold prospector — I’ve never met one before. I’ll bet you do love cast iron for cooking in the great outdoors. Sounds as if you’ve created your own “crock pot” that does the job while you’re out prospecting. What a life! Good luck — and thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment — and especially about my wonderful daughter. I’m going to be posting more cornbread recipes! There’s a great one I’m thinking of. Hadn’t thought of a recipe ebook, but great idea. Thanks, Angela/
